Kayak and Tube
in Glen Arbor, MI
The Crystal River winds 11 miles through the pine and cedar forests of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park emptying the Glen and Fisher Lakes into the great Lake Gitcheegumee. The river is
very gentle and safe, rarely deeper than two feet. We have many trips available from one to as long as six hours. Other destinations including inland lakes like Tucker, Narada, Shell, School and Bass are available as well. On calm days and even sunsets, Lake Michigan is breathtaking.
We can customize your kayaking trips in so many ways. Also, we have boats available for daily or weekly rentals, delivered right to your door. Our entire fleet of Old Town Kayaks and Canoes are 2009 models delivered directly from Maine. And we are the only dealer of Old Town canoes and kayaks in Leelanau county.
We have plenty of parking and large clean restrooms. We can outfit you with all the necessities for your trip down the river in the “Oak Street Kayak Shack“. Come make some memories at the River.
